AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and can take from 1 up to 10 working days to reach you depending on your location.

Postage cost for 1 undercover greenie bag is AUD$6.00, if you are ordering more the postage calculator in the checkout will offer exact amounts.

Once your order is sent (usually within 2 days of ordering) you will receive an order sent email which will outline how long your order will take to reach you. If it does not reach you within this time please email us at info@bagladies.com.au and we will track it down for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders are sent via DHL Global Mail and can take from 4-15 working days from despatch.

Postage cost for 1 undercover greenie bag to: NZ is AUD$6.00, Asia is AUD$11.00, USA is AUD$12.00, Europe is AUD$12.50 and the Rest of the World is AUD$15.20
If you are ordering more bags the postage calculator in the checkout will offer exact amounts, this is just a guide. You can also convert the shipping into your currency in the checkout to see exactly how much it will cost you.

returns policy

bagladies.com.au will happily refund or exchange the item you have bought if it is faulty. Fingers crossed this doesn't happen though, we do check all of our bags before sending them out to you !

But if we have had a bad day just email us, info@bagladies.com.au within 7 days of receiving it and we will organise a new bag for you. Postage for the new item will of course be free.

If you just change your mind we are happy to exchange the product but you will incur the additional posting costs associated.

Please keep your receipt for your proof of purchase. No return or exchange on sale items.
