bagladies.com.au will happily refund or exchange the item you have bought if it is faulty. Fingers crossed this doesn't happen though, we do check all of our bags before sending them out to you !
But if we have had a bad day just email us, [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it and we will organise a new bag for you. Postage for the new item will of course be free.
If you just change your mind we are happy to exchange the product but you will incur the additional posting costs associated.
Please keep your receipt for your proof of purchase. No return or exchange on sale items.
